Computer admin problem..?

hi i decided to make my own computer admin account for my use. My family already uses one. When i made my own for some reason some of the files from computer admin 1 transfered to my new computer admin. This caused the account of go messed up. I have avast and zonealarm and went i log into my new account then zonealarm client doesnt work properly. Is this a problem that can be fixed?? On my family computer admin everything works perfectly. Is this because 2 computer admins are clashing? When i try and uninstall a program from my account then it says "uninstall file not found". Please give me a solution
