Republican in the house will find it hard to de-fund the new health care law because it will be attach to fiscal budget that funds the entire government system ,so that want work either . The grown ups in the GOP know that killing the health care bill is next to impossible so they are going through the motion to appeases their base .The repub's health care repeal bill fell in the senate so that put a dapper on this issue .
