Has Hillary Clinton been sidelined by the Obama machine?

Does Hillary really have any power? I get the feeling that she does not have much of a roll in the administration. Axelrod and Rahm make the policy(then put it on Obamas teleprompter to tell the world). I would bet anything that she resigns before the term is up.
