Which naming trend do you hate the most? Why?

As a teacher, I would have to say that I hate the creative license people are taking with the spelling of names. It's gotten to the point that I will just have students say their names for me the first time I call roll. I'm tired of saying a name how it is spelled and then being corrected because someone came up with a way to make the name John have 13 letters and an apostrophe.
