On Pretty Little Liars, is Mya, Emily's new friend that moved into Allison's house, is she a ?

On Pretty Little Liars 2nd episode, Emily offers Mya stay at her house because Mya told her it's hard for her to fall asleep at night when she found a poster of Allison and etc. When they were sleeping, Emily moved over, Mya moved over. Mya put her hand on Emily, Emily put her hand on hers. But if Mya IS a , why would Emily give in like why would she put her hand on Mya's? That must've been uncomfortable and weird, don't you think? Because Emily has a boyfriend so I don't think she's gay or anything. Explain haha.
