I can't stop trembling?

I am hypoglycemic and I do tremble and shake when my blood sugar dips too low. I am really good about keeping it in check with my diet. But I have not been able to shake (no pun intended) these nasty tremors since I got up this morning. I figured maybe I didn't eat enough for breakfast or for my mid morning protein boost so I had big lunch about 45 mins ago and yet I'm shaking like crazy. The only thing that keeps my WHOLE BODY from trembling is wiggling my legs while at my desk as if I have restless leg syndrome. I'm having the worst time trying to get my contacts in. Any thoughts on what I could do? P.S. I did have a one of those coffee energy drinks made by Starbucks this morning....but I indulge in those about once a week and have never had this challenge before.
