I am being hared what do i do???

so i have already changed my cell phone number once thanks to an old friend haring me, in the past few months someone calls me on private late at night and now it is happening more often everynight they call and never say anything i have other people answer including my boyfriend and they dont say anything but they will keep callin back when i hang up. they called me eight times in a row starting at eleven thirty at night and last night they called my house at one fourty in the morning. not many people have my house number and it is unlisted so i have no clue who it is because i hardly use my house phone i am never home and i have been living somewhere else so how did they know to call last night the one night i was actually home, it is just very weird and the phone company wont do anything and my mom wants me to hold off on talking to the police because i have had problems with being hared int he past and they may not believe me ?????? what do i do?????
