Do those spacecrafts,etc sent in mars or in outerspace comes back to earth to bring back the infos the got?

Normally not. The data is sent back by radio. The only exceptions are the Apollo Moon missions and a few "sample return" missions to the Moon, comets, and asteroids. Getting a spacecraft somewhere is hard enough; getting it back is much harder.
