Could anyone interpret this military quote for me?

To my understanding, the Navy SEALs have a quote that's pretty self explanatory "The only easy day was yesterday." However, I ran into another quote which is from the amphibious reconaince corpsman motto..."The difficult Anytime, the 'Impossible' by appointment only!" Could someone please give me an logical answer to what this means?
