Kia Spectra - blinkers don't work (hazards do)?

The hazard and blinkers have separate blinker relays. Sounds, like he dislodged the one for the blinkers.No idea where it is located other than usually within about a foot of the steering column unless they placed in right with your fuse panel. Which reminds me. Check the ACC fuse as well.
