Subaru question. need help!!!?

Unless it's already experiencing problems, you're probably all set. Most of the affected units experienced problems between 50 and 100k; if the car has 130k you probably won't have any problems (except those ociated with age and normal wear and tear). However, if it DOES turn out to be a problem, Subaru dealers can sometimes "goodwill" the repair of the headgaskets using PA money. See if your mom had the car serviced at a Subaru dealership; if she did, they'll be more likely to allow this.
