Where can I find creme fraiche in the Albany NY Area?

We are making potato leek soup. I need creme fraiche by tomorrow. I have tried Hannaford and Price Chopper and neither one has it. If you don't know where to find it... do you know of a substitute we can use in the recipe instead? Thanks in advance!
