Where can i get a reallly cheap, yet effective filter for a 5/10 gallon tank?

im getting an electric blue crayfish and was wondering if there were any good filters for really cheap that i could get ...the crayfish is 20 dollers, the tank is 15...and i was looking to spend 15 or less on the filter...any suggestions?
